OK, did you take her to the vet yet? When you first get a puppy, it is always good to take them in for a well puppy check. The vomiting is a major concern. She is very tiny and will dehydrate very quickly and could possibly die.
The vomiting and diarrhea are symptoms of parvo - a deadly virus that if not treated immediately will be certain death.

Well, it doesn't sound as if the breeder was very conscientious! A puppy shouldn't be sold if it's suffering from vomiting and diarrhea, I'm not sure what medicine he gave you for your puppy or what is wrong with her, but at least if it's improved the situation that's a good thing.
She's probably not eating for more than one reason. If she's been feeling sick, that would affect her appetite obviously. Also, puppies find it a bit stressful to move from their mom and litter mates to a new home, and sometimes they act
withdrawn or lose their appetite for a few days.
I would stick with the food the breeder gave you, it's what she's used to. Changing her food would also cause tummy upset, especially if you don't do it gradually, so it's best to stay with the familiar food for now.
As for the eating her poop thing, it's a normal puppy habit, but pretty disgusting to us humans! You need to pick up her poop as soon as she's done it, so she doesn't get a chance to snack on it. Also, there are dietary supplements you can add to her food (once she starts eating) which make her poop taste bitter and nasty to her, so she doesn't want to eat it. FInd out more about this habit at http://www.the-puppy-dog-place.com/why-does-my-puppy-eat-poop.html
Definitely take her to the veterinarian as soon as you can to get her thoroughly checked out. Tell them about the vomiting and diarrhea, poor appetite etc. and take the medication along too, it will help the vet know what the original problem was.

This is what happens when you don't buy from a reputable breeder. And mixed breeds are NEVER bred by reputable breeders. Your dog has the symptoms of parvo which is very common in puppy mills and backyard breeders. If the dog has parvo, it will not make it a week. It will not make it to Christmas Day. You need to go to the vet NOW and have a parvo test done. It's about $30. This is only the start of the health and emotional problems that puppies from bad breeders have, so you better get ready, you just bought a veterinarian's goldmine.
Don't support the puppy mill industry and bad breeders everywhere. Don't buy a designer dog. No reputable breeder will mix breeds, so cockapoo and labradoodles and goldadors are all bred by backyard breeders or in puppy mills. Meaning your expensive mixed breed dog has a very high chance of coming with a mirage of health problems due to inbreeding, lack of quality vet care, improper socialization, and substandard living conditions. Puppy mills and backyard breeders are havens for various kinds of intestinal worms, infectious diseases, parvo, distemper, kennel cough, and many more. You are taking a very big risk by buying such a dog - even at a pet store which gets its puppies from puppy mills, anyway.
You are likely to be investing a veterinarian's and trainer's gold mine - looking at lifelong health and emotional problems. If you want a mixed breed, go to the pound and pick out a cutie that you evaluate for temperament and any signs of aggression. Or if go through a rescue that picks up unwanted animals, has them spayed/neutered, vaccinated, treat behavioral and emotional problems, as well as often housing the animals in homes instead of kennels and shelter facilities - offering you a wealth of information on behavior and other perks such as housetraining, crate training, being around kids, dogs, and cats, etc.
Or go to a reputable breeder for a pure bred dog - although there are lots of pure breed rescus out there, too.

You're waiting over a week to take a new puppy to the vet? Whenever I get a dog, no matter where it is from, I take the puppy in to the vet within 2 days. What type of health guarantee did you get from the "breeder"? Since he breeds mixed breed dogs, I'm sure not a good one if any. Get that dog to the vet to make sure something is not seriously wrong with it and check out the puppy lemon laws in your state.

How old is this pup? And what is the medicine he gave you?
Albin or Albon?
First of all, he never should have placed a puppy that was ill (vomiting and/or dirreah).
I hope you took her to the vet. Any new pup should be taken to a vet no later than 72 hrs of getting it.
Throw the milk replacer out the window. You just wasted your money. I've seen so many pups get diarreah and dehydrate from drinking it. Use Goat's Milk.....50/50 goats milk & water and soak a little of her dry food in it until 1/2 soft.
You are going to have to watch her closely and remove stool as soon as she goes.

Dogs do eat their own poop for nutrient. It sounds to me like your puppy is sick, I would call the vet or any vet and tell them what is going on and see if you can get her in sooner.(some places have emergency rooms) Also I would look into if the breeder sold you a sick pup and if he has to pay for her vet bill if something is seriously wrong with her. But right now just make sure you puppy will be okay.

Try giving her wet food. She's in a new home and is nervous and scared. Wet food is like the McDonalds of dog food. It's a treat to dogs... eventually phase it out. Once she is eating the food well start mixing is some hard food. She'll get the hang of it.

First, stop your puppy from eating her waste. Simply pick her up as soon as she is done and take her inside. Second, take her to a vet immediately. Most Petsmarts have a Banfield Animal Hospital in them that take walk-ins. It sounds like you bought a puppy in very poor health from an unscrupulous breeder. Be prepared to spend a lot of time and money in exchange for your poor judgment.

Why on earth did you buy a vomiting puppy from a breeder? Why did he say she is vomiting in the first place? Has she been vaccinated yet?? Get the dog to a vet!

Well, she probably is still nervous, so she might not want to eat. If she still doesn't in a couple days, get some wet food.
However, there are better foods than Royal Canine, some good ones now might be something like Canidae, and when shes older, Orijen, Innova Evo, and other six star foods.
