Ok... If I say "Everything I tell you is a lie," am I telling the truth or a lie?

Well it would be both cause if you say that, then you would be telling the truth but then how could that be because you were telling the truth then but what you are saying is a lie. Confused about my explanation because I am

if everything you tell is a lie and then you say "everything I tekk you is a lie", that would be a lie, so the truth would be "everything I tell you is the truth", and by that you are telling the truth ;)

A lie. No one would ever work that hard to make sure everythimg he told a person was a lie. You would have to slip up sometime.
