If you search on the Better Business Bureau's website, you can find suitable, safe Tattoo Parlors in your area.

don't look at the better business bureau for goodness sake!

go to jeff ensminger if you want a custom tattoo. he works at cat tattoo in addison and is who i am planning on getting my next tattoo from.
