I'm not talking about weaknesses or tendencies to do anything. I'm talking about when your body is medically in between male and female. If it can't be determined that you are specifically one or the other, how would it be decided who you should marry, or if you should marry, etc?

Ok, the first two answers show complete ignorance of the term intersex. Intersexed people are not by choice. It is a genetic mutation. The Christian answer is that sin is a conscious choice. As intersexed individuals did not choose their genetic make-up, how can they possibly sin by marrying either sex? Comparing intersexed individuals with Eunichs who had their testicals removed is very stupid.

I'm currently reading a book named Middlesex. Very wonderful

We all have weaknesses, and tendencies to sin and fall short. Weakness is not sin.. Choice is. Part of the trick is people use the same word for a tendency (which is not a sin) and an activity or choice (which is) thereby confusing many. Should there be laws? Would they help? can they be enforced? Provbably not.

Their use of 'sex' is ultimately between them and God in this life. The word of God in USA presently is 'wrongly divided' (2 Tim. 2:15) along with many 'people' not applying the '2 or more witnesses' (Matt. 18:16, 2 Cor.13:1) principle to it in USA currently apparently.

Mat 19:12 For there are some eunuchs, which were so born from [their] mother's womb: and there are some eunuchs, which were made eunuchs of men: and there be eunuchs, which have made themselves eunuchs for the kingdom of heaven's sake. He that is able to receive [it], let him receive [it].
