Do OCS graduates go to the Basic School or is that only for PLC?

Both are the same thing. PLC used to be a 2 summer program. 6 weeks each. OCS was a 1 stint deal at 11 weeks. Upon graduation, you received your commission. If you attended OCS or last summer of PLC after you graduated, then you were commissioned upon completion of the course. After that, you are off to TBS (The Basic School, The Big Suck). After that, your MOS school then on to the fleet (or maybe some more school).

NO! You have to have a four year degree to be able to attend OCS. OCS and enlistment are two different things.

All OCS (PLC and OCC) graduates will go to TBS. I believe even Academy 2ndLts go to TBS.
