Kim Jong Il: Leader of North Korea which main exports are illegal drugs and counterfiet money. Not only has he forced his people to eat grass and bark while living in comfort, his nation has kidnapped Japanese citizens so they could send North Korean spies into Japan posing as those citizens, but there is continued attacks (which are repealled) against South Korea.
Grand Ayatollah Ali Khamenei, which is the real leader (called the Supreme leader) of Iran. He speaks and acts through others, but he has made Iran such a miserable place to live, that It's the only Muslim country with a low birth rate and also has a larger percentage of people fleeing that country than had fled Iraq during the hight of the current conflict. There are even Iranian refugees in Iraq. He has also threatened other countries with war and has armed their enemies in hopes they would attack other people with them.
Mass corruption which has infected every country of the world. It could be lead paint in China, Enron in the U.S. or Mexican police beating, raping and stealing from illegal immigrants (yes Mexico has illegal immigrants too).
Asia's drug cartels
Latin American's drug cartels
Modern unions. Unions were built to protect workers, but modern unions just extort people for more pay. They are really bad in Europe where they can shut down whole countries for days.
