Obviously less salt & more rest esp in the LLP,but you should see ur ob ASAP since things move up pretty fast in pregnancy. So meet him/her and then RELAX.

Visit a local WalMart: by the pharmacy you can check your BP for free. Accepted 'normal' is 140/80 or lower. If your reading is a lot higher, you'll need a doctor (see below). You can try natural supplements (healthstore items) for 30 days if you're not too high-numbered: Ask them or a pharmacist for help. If you have headaches, 'pounding', dizziness: your BP is too high to fool with. See an Internal Medicine Doctor. You'll feel better in 2-4 weeks; but you MUST stay on the medicine to keep the BP lowered. If you're a heavyweight; LOOSE WEIGHT, too! Good luck! :)

It is not smart to experiment with home remedies when you are 7 months pregnant. Go see your doctor.

I guess the most obvious answer would be NO SALT. Otherwise, ask your doctor. Good luck, hon. :)

that high blood pressure could cause pre-eclampsia at any time...you need to be discussing this with your obstetrician.
