(Just wondering so please dont delete), living with a sociopath who tried to burn my house down but had lied her *** away as though she didnt do it, I even had survillence on hte side of the house but couldnt catch her cos, it only show the other half of the house, which someone an atually sneak by with out seeeing. How do i know? Neighbors told me they saw her around my house close to the time the fire start. she smokes and the fireman even show me where th fire started what taht it has to be matches plus she is the only one who would go to the back and smoke. I live in a safe place, mostly retirees.
The next day she acted as though she was my best friend in the whole world. has no conscience..... how come they feel jeolousy and hate???
the more i ignore and the more i try to go on with my life as thought she dont exist, the more she get angry; planning to hurt someone or somthing. and once again the family dont believe anything is wrong. I even sound like im the one losing mind

Not legal and not ethical.
You sound paranoid. Maybe you should have some medical/mental records created for yourself.

No you cannot check into anyones medical/mental health records (H.I.P.P.A. Law). Law enforcement can get access to these records but they have to have a warrant issued by a judge. Law enforcement and judges will not just give warrants so someone can check on another person. Even if a law enforcement officer did have access to the records legally he cannot divulge that information to anyone else unless those records pertain to an individual that criminal charges are going to pressed against, then and only then can they be shared with prosecuters.

You can do a legal criminal background check.
Did you report her actions to the police? My advise---get a restraining order which prohibits her from coming 500 feet from you.
This way if she comes onto the property or tries to stalk you in any way, you can call the police and she will be arrested.
Medical records can only be obtained by hospitals, doctor's offices and for legal purposes by a lawyer. Lay people can not have access to these.

No, it is not legal to look into her medical or mental health records. However, you should tell the police about your problems with her and get a restraining order. Start keeping a journal of every negative encounter you have with her.

No you can never get information on any ones medical records but you can find out if she has a criminal background. In Calif. you can check with local Sheriffs Dept.
They will tell you how. Hell you can pay and do it on the Internet

You can not get any information from her medical records for any reason. Any and all medical records are completely confidential, and absolutely noone can get access to anyone else's info. You need to get away from this person. There is no reason for you to put up with her behavior!

Nope. There are HIPA laws that keep medical information from being discussed with anyone other than the patient.

Get away from her, medical records are private, but you can have her checked out for any other criminal behavior.
