Carmex is the best, a good tip is to take your tooth brush and lightly brush your lips to exfoliate them. Then take a napking and soak it with warm water. This creates osmosis and your lips absorb the water. Then you put in your lip balm (Carmex preferably) to seal in the moisture and soften your lips. I assure you your lips will be the most kissable ones on earth ;-)

Burt's Bees is the best. Its so minty and cooling! It feels great on dry lips.

For moisturizing I like Burt's Bee's, but for color I really like MAC lipglass and the glosses as well. They stay on for a while, and are pretty moisturizing!
