Uhmm... as for a full on lip lock, I have no idea. But I find it really sweet if she just pops in out of nowhere and gives a peck on the cheek.

But if you are gonna do it, not around all his mates or when he is totally drunk.
You stand a better chance when they are on their own as there is nobody to big themselves up to and you see a real person not a ar**

try to find a moment when you and he are alone together, close to eachother and their is a brake in conversation. look into his eyes and move in just enough that he gets the idea and hopfully joins in.
