Well we all know who will win. ( Frank ) I think the question is: Whether or not it's right to put two brother's in the ring with one another?
It will get a lot of hype, but nothing like if it were a UFC event. So even if it get's neg. press it won't affect MMA as a whole IMO. They are both accomplished fighters that if they want to fight should be able too because of that fact.
Frank Rd.1 KO

Shamrock had submitted Bas Rutten twice, but that was before Bas' Legend was cemented. Shamrock just needs to hang em up. Royce and Ken should go to the Carribean and share a spot at a resort or something. I don't I can't think, leave me alone. I would MUCH rather see Bisping vs. Hamill. Mike hated Matt throughout the season. I'll never forget when The Count fought back at practice and wound up hurting him. TUF fans would be all over a fight between them. However this fight can be hyped as "Rising Star vs Legend" ala Shamrock vs. Franklin. If Ken doesn't want to call it quits, Dana will milk every piece of marketablility out of him for his younger fighters.

Although I am a big Ken Shamrock fan I think Frank will win. Ken had his days and should give up now as its very sad to see him getting his azz kicked.

Frank will destroy him. He's way more well rounded, in better shape, and younger. He's still got the ability to hang with decent competition while Ken got destroyed 3 times in a row against the one-sided Tito Ortiz.

Ken will fight if they offer him enough money, even if he expects to lose (he took the 3rd fight with Tito, after all...).
Frank is definitely more skilled. Ken is somewhat stronger, but he has shown repeatedly in recent years that neither his striking nor grappling are good enough to hang with top level fighters.
I personally would love to see this fight, but at the same time I don't think it would be good for the sport to see two guys working out their family issues in the octagon.

I think that this fight will generate the most press that is not an UFC event, it's a good move by Elite XC. I will go with Frank as I think he is the better fighter and younger. It should be a good fight.

Will never happen, but if it did, Frank pummels Ken for as long as he needs to before the ref stops the fight.

If Ken has to cut to 205, odds are against him. Frank is younger and more well-rounded.
I still wouldn't count old Ken out though.

I truly respect Ken, but Frank takes this no doubt.
Frank is younger, more explosive, better submissions, and better striking with hands and feet.
