First I suppose I should state that I am not a Mormon. However I do appreciate wonderful music and an excellent production when I see it.
I congratulate the Mormon Church for its wonderful presentation last night and the beautiful choir and other participants.
If those that think Mormonism is not Christian, I hope they watched this, which in itself, showed us otherwise.
Thank you L,.D.S. Church for adding such love and talent to the Christmas season.

Please excuse my ignorance, but is Sassel the name of the female singer?
Could you tell me more about her?

I did. I loved it. I hope to watch it again on the 24th when it's scheduled to be on again. I've also heard that it may be on, on Christmas Day sometime.
I don't know much about Sissel, other than she is a woman. I think she's Austrialian, but I'm not sure. She is world renowned among some circles.

Yes. It was a excellent. I expect they will have an encore with Sessel on Sunday morning's Music and the Spoken Word. They do so on PBS and the regular broadcast with a featured soloist each year

Nope... I was watching my daughter perform in her schools Winter Showcase last night...
I nearly fell out of my seat laughing when the kindergarten class performed The Rudolph Hokie Pokie.. When they put their "tails" in and shook them all about it was very cute..

Sissel has an incredible voice!
Even my pre-teen sons enjoyed listening to her and 'America's Choir'.
It will be shown again Monday, Dec 24th on your local PBS station -- check your local listings.
