It is a true reflection of a pluralistic society.Though disparaged as 'dispersion' it actually reflects the preserved identity of each colour amidst apparent fusion in the colourful spectrum. The prism most often used to produce /describe dispersion is actually to be likened with the strength of charectar/versatality which is different for different individuals/communities /cultures/religions /creeds/races chroamtically represented and emanating fromthe white light or the same society, distinct yet together to be pristine 'white'. It also comes opposite the sunlight ,symbolic of light of knowledge , wisdom and tolerance. It is the natural propensity of the human race exemplified by many of the societies all over the world from times of the yore and the present age.It is only with instigation of vested interests,a few elements of aberration of human civilization that the fissiparous tendencies come to the fore and though appears as a single beam of light it acquires lethality as in Laser in the same society .Variety is the rule of society and coexistence with respect to one another still very much exists my friend, otherwise human race would have been extinct , but aberrations are increasing . It takes a concerted selfless effort on part of many of us at different levels to keep the vibgyor beautifying the skies and hearts ever!

This is a beautiful idea. We seem to find it so hard to be wise enough to do this consistently.
I haven't been able to figure out how to make this happen i the large. So I try to do it in the small. As Gandi directed, I try to "be the change that I wish to see in the world." It is always heartening to see others like yourself trying to do the same.

Heyyy...Bhaiya......you speak the powerful truth right here.
So many problems in this world....only if we stand together, side to side, brother to brother, sister to sister, human to human, we can take so many steps to solve these problems and we can overcome such adversity. It would be so much better if peace+love always filled our hearts instead of hatred.

I think this is a fantastic message. Every color maintains it's identity but it looks beautiful only when all of them are together
