It's bad for because of all the salt. But there is one question you must ask yourself, "Do I care what other people say? I like ramen, and I'm going to eat it. I shall die happy!" Yup. That's exactly what you say. If you don't, just don't think about the contents and instead think about how wonderful it tastes. Yum.

The nutrition that the girl above gives is for HALF a packet of noodles, who eats just half a packet?

I packet has 400 junk (most from fat and refined carbs) calories:
14 grams of fat half of which is saturated and bad for your heart.
And 1 packet has almost 1600 miligrams of sodium which is more than 2/3 the amount that a healthy person should eat in a day. It is 80% of the salt that a reduced sodium diet person could eat in a day.
The carbs are so processed that they will just flood your blood stream with sugar. --Not good for you anyway you look at them.

If you mean the prepackaged ones that you add water to, some have been fried so are high in fat. The powdered sauce that comes with them is very high in sodium. So they deliver little nutrition at the expense of high fat and sodium.

Next time you are in a store, read the nutrition label. If not high in fat, you can make them without the powder, add some veggies and tofu and have a reasonable meal.

What's bad is the flavoring you add to it. It has a weeks worth of salt in it.

They are extremely high in sodium.
I eat them almost every day for lunch.
Drink plenty of water to flush it out.

It's not that it's bad, they have a lot of sodium (salt) in it. Just don't eat too much of it.
