Voluptuous or Rubenesque is healthy attractive fat that only a Muscular and or Athletic Man can handle. (you know the Hour glass figure?)

I'm sorry I didn't fully explain myself. I'm talking of excersizes that will help a woman to maintain her hour glass figure. (non obese). There is a such thing as having an Hourglass athletic build.

Just pray the fat away, I am sure seeing as Jesus loves you, he will care about your need to feed, and will help you fix his temple through a miracle.
A friend of mine prayed that God would help her lose weight everyday while on her morning jogs, and he answered her prayer, but it was gradual, and at first the answer was wait....

O.K. hang on to your gym pants. You don't say "how voluptuous" you are so I really have no idea where to begin. Define voluptuous. Good healthy pelvic area which normally provides beautiful hips on women are necessary for trouble free child bearing. If that's your case - you are a baby making machine so don't mess with the monkeys. Just eat right, exercise mildly (walking, running) with anything that will help your heart. Forget the Gym Looking type. They are in a class all by themselves. Now if you are voluptuous because you eat wrongly and have put on the pounds where they should not be, well, I'd say you need advice from everyone! There will be 1 or 2 exercises that you will not be able to perform and that's O.K. Skip those and go to the others until you find a routine that you can handle. Your athletic instructor can best figure out "what" and "where" you need to adjust your voluptuousness. Give it a shot and hope all goes well.

Athletic, as she's in better shape to begin with, probably more concerned about her health, less prone to certain diseases, looks good to me and others more so than the voluptuous woman. There are many that like voluptuous women, I do not. To each his own. Plus, most women would prefer and athletic man versus a voluptuous man!

No!
Every woman, though she may resemble a certain "type", still requires individual attention to help her shed excess weight because each one may not be eating the same foods, or have the same body chemistry.
Some voluptuous women actually do exercise but do not lose anything. They can't listen to just anybody because that person is slim and well-toned. They need to be dealt with by a trained professional who would develop a specialized program ideally suited to them and which would bring about the desired results.
And, don't feel bad. We are what we are and just need to take the necesary steps. Though I am somewhat narrow myself, I fully understand your point.

If a woman is a trainer it shouldn't matter if she is training voluptuous women or thin, everyone is different. I have a question for you too, what does this have to do with RELIGION? Are you being prejudice that you would only have a certain type of trainer?? I'm confused????
just to be clear I am a Christian.

What in this question has ANYTHING to do with religion? You can "sweat to the oldies" with atheists. Just don't share an antioxidant smoothie with them when you're done.
There isn't any right or wrong way to commit to losing weight. Find something that works that isn't absolute torture to perform. Are you saying the movements feel like sin? I question your commitment if that's the case. Your mind should be on the exercise at hand.
Like your relationship with Jesus, it's the commitment. If you would commit to your "temple" (body) like you seem to have committed to faith, then there would be no issue here.

what are you really asking and what's religion got to do with exercise? you said you prefer no answers from non-atheist or did you mean from atheist? let's cut to the chase...are you in fear of becoming, like you perceive athletic women with no hips to be....which is what?
or are you attributing other qualities to women such as you describe...speak layman not self righteous...and get the real answer you seek.

You can take exercise advice from whomsoever you want.
Whether or not you put that advice into practice is up to you.
Athletic women with no hips tend to get that way through extremes of exercise, you don't have to do this to be fit.
Only you can decide what you want from your exercise regime. You can enjoy exercise without loosing your shapely figure.
