Or any type of strange images, of any kind. Like
at a haunted house. Or maybe you had an uncle, or
somebody who passed away. And you saw that
person's spirit. Or just an evil spirit, and you didn't
even know what the heck it was. But you can clearly
remember how afraid you were, when you first saw
it. Whatever it was. OK. So where did that come
from ? It was a spirit. Science cannot explain the
dynamics fully, behind the spirit world. All they ever
say is, we can't explain it. But something was there......
Does this reinforce your belief in the slightest manner ?
About the existence of God. If the answer is yes, then
you may want to consider, that it is very possible.
Right, yes. Have you ever seen or felt a ghost ?
Best answer wins.......

Atheists deny the fact of spiritual
existence of any kind. But there
is a place in the UK, or near it,
called the Catacombs. Which some
say is the gateway, to the
underworld. Now listen. All who have
been there, believed they saw
spirits. Even a group of non
beleivers. They were shocked.
Now if you were in their shoes,
would you question your own
beliefs about religion ? Thank you.

Yes. Just because science can't YET explain something doesn't mean "gawd diddit". There was a time when science couldn't explain electricity, much less harness it, yet we've managed to do that just fine. Do you remember "the devils music". They used to make such a big deal about it that some places even boycotted it. Whats "the devils music"? its rock n roll.

If religion had its way, nothing new would exist because EVERYTHING new is somehow evil and of the devil.

Why do religious people think that we must know everything right this second and that if we don't, somehow its "gods doing". Your god is only in the gaps because you aren't willing to continue your search for answers. Its pure laziness and fear on your part. You are also completely incapable of mentally accepting "I don't know but I'll continue the search until I find the answer backed by evidence".

Btw... there is actually scientific evidence for the existance of ghosts, just not enough to say definitively what they are because science hasn't advanced enough to do it yet.

Just think... 100 years ago, a computer would have seemed something supernatural to the people that lived during that time, and possibly something evil. Yet, here we are, 100 years later, and we use them constantly while SCIENCE is advancing their capabilities exponentially.

So, just because science doesn't understand something now, doesn't mean it never will.

As for your best answer... you can take it and shove it. I can already tell that you're going to choose the one that fits with your religion, no matter what another person says, even if the answers actually fits the question better. Because thats what you religious do. You aren't interested in a real answer, you're only interested in whatever feeds into your delusion because you feel more comfortable with it.

And no Atheists DO NOT DENY THE EXISTANCE OF ANYTHING SUPERNATURAL or spiritual of any kind. Atheists simply accept that there's a REAL answer out there somewhere and that, what seems supernatural to us now, is actually not. They are simply things we don't YET understand.

I'd say 99.9999999% of Atheists actually accept that there are things that we don't YET understand rather than say they understand everything about the universe. They just don't do the weak minded thing and say "gawd diddit" just because they don't understand it.

No, never seen a ghost. I've always wanted to, though. I've been watching that new show Paranormal State, but it's really frustrating because I haven't seen anything that I consider to be compelling, or even suggestive, evidence. Just show me some feces on the walls or blood dripping from the ceiling or a bed lifting off the ground. Something! But no, just people talking about stuff they've seen or heard, which is not going to cut it in terms of proof of the supernatural, as far as I'm concerned.

I haven't had a personal experience - but just because you may think you feel a presence doesn't prove god's existance, it may just be something you can't understand or comprehend.

and remember - the mind is the most powerful thing in the world (i think).

if you have ever done mind-altering drugs you know first hand you can see things that aren't there but look so real.

I have never seen a ghost and even if I had I wouldn't jump to the conclusion that something created this world and then sits in judgment of me based on it's silly arbitrary moral laws.

No. I searched for many years for paranormal happenings too. If I'd ever found anything, I may have taken that as some form of evidence of a god.

Nope never seen/felt a spirit, ghost, etc. one has to believe in the existance of said things in order to have a delusion of seeing/feeling it...

Edit: So according to you every single person who has ever visited these catacombs (note you are unable to specify which catacombs) have seen spirits.. Every single person....

Please tell me another lie this time try to make it believable...

2nd Edit: Please specify exactly which catacombs you are refering to there are several catacombs in and near the UK...

Atheist's would'nt change their atheist viewpoint just because they saw a ghost (they actually saw something! )A Christian would'nt deny Christ or God just because they saw a ghost either (or would they ? ).........A born again Christian once told me that Jesus was a carpenter and when i asked how they knew that they said because Joseph his father was.....Well my father was a painter and decorator i said , but i am a carpenter and so that does not necessarily follow, besides i thought God was Jesus's father ! ?......What i am trying to say is your premis does not necessarily follow................You can not prove to anyone that God exists or ever existed and especially to an Atheist.........So why are you trying ? ! Either try a better argument and reasoning or try a more receptive audience is my advise...good luck

Our minds are very powerful. More powerful than the most sofisticated computers built yet. If computers can create "virtual reality" then certainly our minds can do it. Thats where your ghosts come from. Get it now?
