I have an Acer L100 that came with Windows Vista installed on it. No original disk were sent with the computer is suppose to have everything in a partion of the HD. While windows was setting itself up, computer rebooted, and now I get a message that says
"The computer restarted unexpectedly or encountered an unexpected error. Windows installtion cannot proceed. To Install Windows, click "OK" to restart the computer, and then restart the installation"

Now if I click "OK" it rebbots and goes right back to the same screen.

please help this is a brand new computer never been used.

Take it back to where you bought it and have it replaced. You paid for something that was supposed to work and it didn't.
