A little bit of both. Shy men are NOT fun to date, but then again... Guys that want to go out 24/7 and need to be around people constantly bug me too. My boyfriend is a little bit of both I'd think... Likes to stay home some nights and relax but then we'll go out some nights too. Finding a happy medium is possible

Depends on the lady's personality too. For me it is more extrovert.
