Sounds like a perfect breakfast to me, you have your protein, carbohydrate, calcium and Vitamin C (egg, toast, cheese, orange) Just add a bottle of water and you're good to go!!! That would also make a great light lunch........Enjoy!!!

Yeah, sure.
As long as you didn't pour an entire cup of salt on your egg, which I'm sure you didn't, it's all good!
Unless you have high cholesterol.
Then the cheese and the egg wouldn't be so good. ><
But it doesn't seem like you are.

Yeah it looks like your covering most of your food groups. It only becomes really bad when add bad additives.

You got two servings of dairy, one serving of veggies, one serving of grain, and one of fruit. Sounds good to me!
