from now on, whenever we ask a question which refers to some statistical information, i.e. "why are atheists more depressed than non-atheists?", would the asker please cite the source of their information?

it's a sad state of affairs when an atheist takes note of poor anti-atheist arguments, and gives them pointers on how to argue better in the future. this must be end times...

Statistically speaking...statistics are manipulated to show a desired outcome.

Statistical information only happens when there is a common occurrence--and that's not always the case. Are you saying we're all statistics??

The only problem is that often the information given is hearsay without a valid source.

sometimes there is no statistical information available, it is just the feeling that 'x is more depressed than y'
