Prayer is the thank you to Jesus. If it facilitates in any respect, i've got discovered that praying with an time table in our hearts may be counter-efficient. (it is own in spite of the shown fact that and we are all distinctive.) it is basically that for me it makes me want solutions in a undeniable way and that's no longer the way it works. Having your guy or woman time table can forestall us from listening to and seeing what he's attempting to let us know. And what can we tell Him approximately ourselves that He would not already understand? He knew you from in the previous you have been in the womb. He has His own call for YOU and he will call you by that call sooner or later. Prayer opens up the potential for communication between you and Him yet there's no longer something you need to tell Him. Which (to me) potential we are meant to hearken to. Or a minimum of basically be nevertheless and allow Him do His artwork. you may perhaps no longer have any experience of something happening once you pray yet that's no longer the component. What concerns is that for the time of prayer, you instruct Him which you like a relationship with Him, and that's all He particularly desires. And he will keep you risk-free. yet no longer continually in strategies you may understand.

Don't know what you are talking about. I pray more for others than I do for myself. When i do pray for myself I am usually praying for forgiveness or patience. How many prayers have you listened in on?

Wow, you can hear everyone's prayers? You must be God Himself!
Because they want to be tolerant of others and not force their religion down their throats. Besides, it may become against the law to pray for others without their written permission.

Christians not only pray for their families and themselves, but they pray for our nation, our leaders, our enemies, and just about anything else you can think of that needs prayer.

how do you know they do? seems very much a sweeping statement. That's not what prayer is all about, I personally pray about others and for my immeidate family (yes that includes me) but it isn't 'God let me wint he lottery' etc it's very much based on watnign to be a good person so I pray for patience, understanding etc.

Also religion is very different to lifestyle and as we all know there are so many different denominations etc.

I'm a Christian.

I ALWAYS pray for others, as well as myself and my family/friends.

I pray for ANY one I feel is suffering from ANYTHING. I pray for animals, I pray for homeless people, I pray for people on the news, TV...anything...

Where did you draw this conclusion?

(I'm going to pray for you too.)

I don't, because of my Faith and because of who I am as a person. I know how to be content with every situation I am in. I realize the needs of others as more than my own. You have good and bad in every person, regardless of their religion.

May Yahweh bless you and keep you.
May Yahweh let His face shine on you and be gracious to you.
May Yahweh uncover His face to you and bring you shalom, peace.
