is there any way were i can turn a bad quality image into a good one?
or atleast make it better ?

If you're talking composition, other than cropping, there's not much you can do.

But if the problem is focus, exposure, tint, etc. any good photo editior will do. Spend about 140 bucks.

As the others say it's best to get the shot right from the outset as there may be information missing you can never replace....

But...

Photoshop can go a long way to rescuing a damaged image, it depends what the problem is and whether you want to get into some serious filters or other techniques to disguise the problem.

Depends how bad it is. You can make it a little better with the use of photoshop but if it is really bad forget it.

I use photoshop filters.

Before:

The before picture was very grainy, so I used the filters to make it look more like a watercolor painting.
