I could not change truth even if I wanted to. The truth is that the whole of religion as well as religion belief is a fabricated ideal based on the assumption of a supernatural force that does not exit. Fear is not truth, knowledge is, and anyone who does not pursue the truth except through another mans view is wasting his or her time. So my answer is No, I would not waste precious time on someone else's ideas.
The pursit of knowledge is what makes us higher animals so I choose the path of knowledge.

I would probably revert back to agnosticism. I am currently a praticing witch (and really have been my whole life, I just didn't realize it until a few years ago when I started studying witchcraft and the different pagan beliefs). If I had to change from being a witch, I would go back to being an agnostic because all the other "organized" religions are mostly based on the "I'm right, everyone else is wrong and if you don't agree you deserve to die" philosophy. And before you christians start bashing me, look at the crusades, the salem witch trials, and all the other parts of your history that your governing body trys to hide or deny/justify when they can't hide it.

I don't know Susan...you're at Level 6 and you ask a question like this? "If I had to BE a different religion?" What, religion is HUMAN now?
Hypothetically, if I had to practice a different set of beliefs it would be hypocritical because it could only happen at the point of a gun or if I somehow, in my wildest nightmares, landed in the middle of Tehran surrounded by Muslims who force me to convert or get my lovely head chopped off.

No for many motives,it may be greater efficient if all human beings have been given an practise and supply up believing in stupid fictional characters. Plus, in case you took a united states of america and positioned each and every of the atheist in it, it may instantly grow to be the main effective and greater united states of america contained in the international. Then the different international places could sense threatened by potential of all that and additionally you are able to have the comparable element you have now different than greater extreme. it may in all probability carry approximately a international conflict of non secular international places verse the atheist united states of america. observe: Im no longer asserting Atheists are greater advantageous in basic terms that we don't have self assurance to set us decrease back. Plus we tend to be alot greater logical and use alot greater reason whilst utilized to the unknown... meaning we can convert the unknown to the prevalent alot speedier , as a team, than non secular human beings

I'm Apostolic. If I had to change I'd be a Mormon. They believe they can someday be Gods/Goddesses over their own worlds. I think that is a pretty lofty goal. Plus, they believe only the very vile of sinners will be cast into outer darkness. So, basically everyone has a chance @ some level of Heavenly reward.

As it is right now I pick and choose my beliefs. I was strongly Christian and still hold to it but I'm also very Pagan. If I had to choose just one it would probably be Wicca, maybe Druidity.

I am a Deist, I think I could be a Buddhist because it is the only religion (or philisophical set of beliefs) that has never been involved or caused any wars. Interesting question!

yes i agree - some earth / nature based religion witches sound quite interesting - (for those that do not know, they are just people which historically had a good knowledge of plants and herbs and so could make potions - so basically like chinese herbal medicine (most are crap but a few worked and few were deadly poisonousness - this spooked the christians - who killed thousands of people) but if you ever meet someone who claims to be a witch they are usually really nice people.

I'm a Hindu, but I guess if I HAD to change, it'd be Buddhism. Seems like a nice, peaceful religion. There are some things I like about Islam, but don't think I'd be able to conform to the rest.
