recently my grandmother died and everyone at home seems so gloomy. the thing is its her house that we always celebrate each holiday at. now she isn't there, (she was the only reason we came together as a family)everybody is acting stupid and only thinking about thier inhertiance. Help?

When they all get together,stand up and ask them each to tell of their favorite Christmas memory.That will get everyone back on the same page...Then once they say their piece,tell them now lets do what we all were shown to do,enjoy family....Merry Christmas to you,I wish you the best.

that's how people usually act when someone dies... gloomy and then there are the greedy bastards who have dollar signs in their eyes.

for those who are genuinely grieving, i'm sorry for the loss of Grandma...

get through this time the best you can... i have assumed you are a teenaged person (sorry if i was mistaken), and i looked up some websites for teens who are dealing with grief. if you take the time to look, i sure hope they are helpful, hon.

Sorry about your loss. This would be a good way for everyone to come together at grandmothers house for one big family rememberance. Have this beautiful dinner in rememberance of the one who kept the family together. She will be pleased.
