Let's put it this way... As evidenced by my 360 pic, I've clearly conquered anorexia!

I plan to repaint the temple before I go out in public again.
The walls are sagging, especially the top floor on the north and the bottom floor on the south.
I have installed all the insulation I would need if I lived inside the Arctic Circle. I live closer to Mexico. Go figure.
The lights are on. Sometimes someone is home. The utilities are costing me a fortune.
Running the temple may be a pain, but I don't intend to abandon it for other accommodations for a long long time, so I'll keep running (it).
Edit - all freshly painted. And I took special care cleaning the alter, in case the husband decides to stop by and worship later.

The crenelations outside are covered with a gentle snow, with tufts of grey peeking out from the topmost levels.
As you walk inside, you notice books are strewn everywhere and there's an odd mixture of odors ranging from deodorant soap to shoe leather. The computer is on and is rapidly at work on some absurd problem presented by the nature of utility billing systems.
The pantry is quite bare, soon to be restocked with some warm food and tasty drink.
Naked or nearly-naked wenches dance and frolick, footloose and fancy-free in the vestibule.
Giggity.
Wallpaper is peeling off the walls near the rear of the temple, but that is to be expected.

I go through phases. I used to not take care of my body at all. Then about four years ago I finally started eating healthy and exercising and I lost 100 pounds. Since then I have gained about 30 back. :o( My problem is that when I get depressed I eat. A lot of people lose weight when they get depressed but I find comfort in food. I am working on fixing that problem, though. Trying to find comfort in things like exercise, and fresh air, and people, instead of food, or booze, or drugs, or whatever. I'm 25, so its time to start acting like it.

I work out, I don't smoke, I eat relatively healthy, and I only drink about a glass or two of wine a week. But I also don't sleep enough, drink tons of coffee and Red Bull, eat the occasional take-out meal when I feel lazy and put myself trough a lot of stress at work. So I'd give myself a 5/10

Like complete ****. I admit it. LOL
My husband is living in CT while I stay here to sell the house in TX. I have insomnia. So I'm not sleeping, I eat what ever is handy or fast for the kids, and I had a little too much vodka last night trying to convince myself that I'm NOT lonely and I'm just freaking dandy. And I started smoking. Again.
And then I wonder why I feel like crap.....huh

Well, I'm not one with the temple mentality, but I try to be healthy. I quit smoking and drinking alcohol (for the most part) over a year ago. But I missed my morning exercise today, so I'm kinda in a bummy mood about that...

A lot better than I used to. I don't smoke. I drink in moderation. I eat (mostly) good food and I go to the gym every now and then. Had a banana and a Fuji apple for breakfast today.

For the most part I look after it really well - I dont eat processed food, or fatty food. I avoid places like McDonald's. I dont drink soda, alcohol or anything with caffine. I also dont take illegal drugs or smoke. I also walk most places cos I dont drive. I am also curcumspect in other aspect of life to protect the sanctity of my "temple".

I take care of mine well, as far as not desecrating it with idiotic tattoos or body piercings. I don't drink much alcohol, smoke, or do any other drugs. I get a measure of exercise in when I can.

I'm doing pretty good. I've been a bit lax on the physical activity lately. I put off my karate and yoga classes this month because of the holidays. So next month it's back on track!
