I don't have time in the morning to put body cream on my legs and arms. My skin is so dry it's actually painful! I need a body wash that would help me feel as if i did put body cream on my skin.

I had the same problem in the winter. I use Oil of Olay Body Ribbons or whatever it's called. You can get it at any grocery, wal-mart or target store. It actually moisturizes so well I can't use it in the summer or it makes me too oily.

Make sure your morning shower is luke warm not hot, hot water removes moisture from your skin. Keep your showers short, you do not need to use soap on all parts of your body. Seriously unless your legs are exposed to dirt etc., like in summer weather why, take the natural oils out of the skin by using it each and everyday.
Drink more water........6-8 cups a day, increase the good fats in your diet, and use a good moisturizing lotion when possible. I would say slather on a good extra heavy duty one at night before you go to bed to give it a chance to work on your skin.

Dove Cream Oil body wash or Dove Pro Age body wash, both are very rich.

Like you, I do not have the time or inclination to moisturize seperately.

Try this:
http://www.aveeno.com/productDetail.do?prodid=1418

It's at most stores everywhere.
It will keep your skin moisturized and clean.
Also, drinking more water this time of year will help a lot!

Try something like Tone or Ivory. Tone has cocca butter in it which I like to use during the dry months. Ivory also can be good. I understand you pain.Good luck, I hope you find something!
