I had a person move into the neighborhood that built a house beside mine. Every day and night they have about 10 cars out on both sides of the street which isnt that wide. They also park in front of my house where I am having a problem getting out. Is there something or some law about how many cars can park to one house? Also, when there is alot of snow they still park on the street which makes it more difficult. What can I do in this situation. I have asked the visitors to move because I can't get out and they swear and yell at me.

I would go to the neighbors and welcome them to the neighborhood. Then I would address the problem you have with their visitors parking and blocking you in.

If they are good neighbors...they will help elliminate the problem I'm sure!

If they don't...then call the police for help!

Just call the cops next time. They'll know the local statutes and if the neighbor is breaking the law. If they're cussing and yelling at you, let the cops handle it, but make sure the cops know what went down so it's documented. You may need that documentation down the road if the neighbor becomes violent or destructive. Sorry about your luck.

If there blocking you get them towed! I got a car towed one time that was in my parking space at my townhouse, and never had problems out of them again.
