Hey period6. Isn't it funny when you talk about the constitution, that's when all the "thumbs downs" come. Goes to show you the respect some of these morons have for that document...

Hey R-T quit getting on here and acting you can do no wrong cause your a cop. I've watched cops abuse their position to the point of no end. And if you put your hands on me and I felt as though you were being abusive(and the way you get on here and talk down to everyone, I'm sure you have) I'd do what I have to do to defend myself you holier than thou %$2@8*.......

No , Never , Forget about it..
It's much better to remain calm
gather as much in formation mentally , names, car #'s, time and date.
See it is there burden to provide proof of there arrest.
Always try to keep your self in front of the in car video.
Remember that "Pen" in there pocket ,it's really a microphone connected to the in car video.
You must learn to use there weapons against them.
All calls made from a jail ARE RECOREDED and a good way while calling counsel to record all your details of the situation.
You can (through a motion of discovery) request all information the state has available to them. From the car survlance, jail, to the witnesses
Excessive Force is not "legal" , and very seldom is it charged on a officer.
If you have problems , like future threats , or stops, file an Internal Affairs Report , (And get a copy of it upon filing it) See they have personal records also and don't want them "stained". If this dosen't stop them send the report up to the state level .
Never try to go against a Law EnForceMent Officer , Always "go along" with them .
Remember there not lawyers yet they Enfocre the law , thus they are not perfect at it.
Your best bet is to just stay out of the trouble seen all together.

What do you know about the Constitution? So many people get on here and love to run their mouths. I've been punched, kicked, scratched, spit on by suspects before, and I'm sure it will happen again. It's not by guys like you though. There are those who talk and those who do. I think we all know which one you are.

Sure you can punch him. But then he will make your life miserable. You will go to jail for a long long time and room with Bubba. Bend over baby.

Simply putting your hands on someone is not considered assault, and if you strike the officer, prepare for a terrible night.

If you feel that what you're doing is correct, and you are willing to face any consequences that may follow, then, go for it. Sounds like you can pitch, I hope you can catch.
