Got my first Rottweiler in 1992, started showing in 1993.
So 1 decade :-))
Titles my dogs have earned: CD, CGC, TT, RN, HT, PT CH
This year, I finished 3 CHs, plus pointed numerous other dogs for my clients...
I've also been a volunteer for 4-H teaching a beginner junior showmanship class as well as doing responsible dog ownership classes for kids and adults..
I've taught basic obedience one-on-one, as well as classes.
I'm now heavily involved in my local all-breed kennel club serving as our annual match chairperson as well as being a member of the legislative and public education committees.

2 decades, That's all I've been around for lol. I may be young but I have more experience and better general knowledge than the majority of pet owners out there. When it comes to my dogs I've known things my vet hasn't and had more details on something they know little about. Obviously I spend WAY to much time on the computer looking up random dog/animal stuff and when it comes to animals, I'm always listening ready to learn anything and everything I can. Really, it's the only information I ever absorb. So far as an adult (living in my home that I own) and having my OWN dogs that I pay for by myself. We haven't gotten any titles yet. We were working on competing in the spring but due to some unfortunate circumstances (car accident) our training has been put on hold. For now. When I get back on my feet, I plan to start with Rally Obed. and novice agility and work my way up. I would love to get the highest titles in obed. and agility, and I know my dogs are capable so I cant wait to really show off what they can do. Someday I will have a conformation champion/working champion but until then I'm settling for my IOPed obed/agility dogs. Gotta start somewhere!

I've had and trained dogs for nearly 40 years -- I can't begin to count the titles -- but I have put titles in obedience, agility, tracking and rally on 8 different breeds, raised 3 guide dogs to be, fostered I don't know how many MinPins for rescue, currently have 3 actively working Therapy Dogs, helped hundreds of 4-H kids have fun and earn ribbons with their dogs, judged an average of 6 - 10 County and State Fairs per year for the last 10 years, and rescued my own competition dogs.

I have only had my dogs for a little under 3 years, but I am totally in love with the breed (treeing walker hounds and American foxhounds) and I enjoy the dogs so much that I would like to have a kennel someday, when I get financially established and have my kids raised. That is, if I am not too old and tired by then!
Yes, I am officially a dog person and I walk four dogs, all together, each day. So I am gaining experience for the future.

Started showing in 1981, so over 2-1/2 decades.
Lost count of the number of titles, but they are in conformation, obedience, agility and rally, along with TTs and GCGs.
