Yep! You can get a prelim examination for free, more than likely. This is where a doctor or one of his assistants will sit down with you and tell you if you are a good fit for the procedure. He will explain that there MAY be a few drawbacks, but the opportunity of being able to lose the glasses was too great for me! My thin corneas meant using PRK, but the outcome was GREAT!!! You would see me doing it again, if my eyes needed it!

Yes, I did. BTW, that is the age Tiger Woods was(23) when he got his lasik surgery and his golf career took off. Remember though to get someone decent, not the cheapest price. They are your eyes.

Just ask more regarding night vision. Had a friend who got perfect vision restored but suffered Halo effects and blurry night vision.
