In the old days, you used a dry, clean white cloth. Now you can use plastic wrap if you poke a couple of holes in the top for it to breath. For a draft free place, I stick mine in the microwave unless I need to use the microwave. (This is not only draft free, it is also warm. Your dough will rise faster this way!)
