i want something tat works like 1 or 2 months

crunches. works pretty fast. do some everyday for like a month along with eating healthy

You need some combination of cardio and strength training. Do 50 sit-ups every other day, and on the days that you don't do those, do 40 minutes of your cardio activity of choice. Anything that gets your heart rate up and makes you sweat. It's a shame that you don't want to run, because that's one of the easiest and best cardio actvities you can do to burn fat. May I suggest swimming, perhaps?

In terms of food, avoid starches and sugars and eat small meals regularly to keep blood sugar levels balanced. This is proven to help reduce tummy fat.

You cannot flatten your tummy without the cardio. You can do all the ab work you want, but if you don't do cardio you will still have that layer of fat on top, and all of your work will be futile.
