is discomfort in my upper torso related to polymalgia?

for several days I have been getting slight discomfort in my upper torso about 4 in ches afrom my armpit when I move my left arm. There is no sign of any swellings etc.

Usually it is the neck, but it could be shoulders and so yes, this could be due to Polymalgia Rheumatica
