i have recently downloaded msn(big mistake!) now, i can not get rid of it. it keeps coming up as my homepage, and i have to keep typing in my providers address before i can get back to my original home page. i can not get to any of my e.mails straight away unless i do this first every time. i must tell you though, that i only know the basics so far, as i am fairly new on the computer, so can you tell me a quick but simple answer to this problem, and give me a step by step, PLEASE. i would be very gratefull, as this is driving me mad. thank you so much.

Use Mozilla Firefox for all browsing, it eliminates the Microsoft control over the Internet. Its free and much more secure too. Remember, Microsoft is a virus.

1. remove all msn in software section removal in control panel..
2. type msconfig in boot section, startup section remove msn
3. take the link where it goes
then in regedit search for that link and kill it
4.do a full reset of windows iexplorer

Susie, go to control panel.. select add/remove programs... you can then remove MSN.. simple fix..
