hi,
im half way through making corned beef hash and i dont know when to put the veg in, i want to put in carrots and peas and maybe something else, so do i put it in after the potatos or after the corned beef?

Put the veggies and potatoes in last since they take the quickest to cook (about 10-15 minsutes) xoxo

It's best to put all the veg in with the corned beef then do a mashed potato topping just like Cottage pie or Shepherd's pie. That's the easiest way to do it then mash it all together when it is served on the plate. Put it under the grill till it goes a bit brown then you will have a delicious crunchy topping as well.
