russian people likes to celebrate almost everythink ... even if its not a reason for it ... the most number of people understand this words like "to drink" like the means of the celebrating the meeting.

Babelfish.altavista.com says "let us note my arrival". Certainly the second two words "my arrival" match up from my knowledge of Slavic. The first word means "let's note" so I would guess you'll need to use some imagination to move that into some lind of regularly spoken English.

It could also mean: Are we going to celebrate my arrival?
