In the old testament, in Leviticus. However, it was part of the Old Covenent, and the new covenant with Jesus does not include this rule. This is why the Jews who don't accept Jesus don't eat pork, while Christians have no problems with it.
Actually pigs are specifically mentioned in a list of animals which are unclean. It says that pigs are particularly dirty animal.

Perhaps the warnings had more to do with things like tricanella and other food poisonings. At the time it was not considered nessessary to thouroughly cook meat. Moses also warns that they should cook meat until the blood is out of it.

Inthe old testament after moses received the ten commandments. One commandment is ' thou shalt not kill', it doesn't say murder, it doesn't say this or that, it says 'thou shalt not kill'. When moses came down from the mountain everyone was partying so moses smashed the stone tablets, In a translation of the dead sea scrolls it is explained what happened after moses smashed the commandments. It say's 'in their stead he gave them 10 times 10 commandments'. Then we get all the various laws because they were expanded to keep the people within the law. If the original 10 are followed we don't need the rest. So as a concession to meat eaters, they are allowed to eat various animals but not pigs. Pigs eat stool, each other and anything else, they are considered to be contaminated. If they insist on eating animals then so many obligations and rules and ceremonies have to be followed. My point being that the bible declares that it is wrong to kill animals as well as anything else, not just pork. the various rules and regulations relating to meat eating are in 'leviticus' chapter 11.

In his letter to the Romans, Paul speaks of a situation about which opinions varied. He writes: “One man has faith to eat everything, but the man who is weak eats vegetables.” Why was that? Well, under the Mosaic Law, pork was not an acceptable food. (Romans 14:2; Leviticus 11:7) However, that Law was no longer binding after Jesus died. (Ephesians 2:15) Then, three and a half years after Jesus’ death, an angel told the apostle Peter that from God’s standpoint no food should be viewed as defiled. (Acts 11:7-12) With these factors in mind, some Jewish Christians may have felt that they could eat pork—or enjoy some other food that had been prohibited under the Law.

Pork and the list of other animals that weren't supposed to be eaten in the Old Testament can be found in the books of Leviticus11:7-8, Deuteronomy 14:7-8, Isaiah 65:2-4, Isaiah 66:17. However, if you believe that Jesus came and fulfilled the law, then you know that we live under the New Testament authority and therefore those things that couldn't be eaten in the Old Testament doesn't apply to us. Mark 7:19(NIV) - For it doesn't go into his heart but into his stomach, and then out of his body." (In saying this, Jesus declared all foods "clean.")

The Levitical Law in the Old Testament prohibited the eat of meat that comes from animals with split hooves.
Pigs have a split hoof, along with many other animals.
Such animals are considered ritualistically "unclean."

When outlining the dietary laws as to what animals are fit to be eaten, only those with a fully split hoof and chews its cud are considered fit. The pig (in all its varieties domestic and wild) is specifically named as the one animal that has the split hoof but doesn't chew its cud.
