No problem. Just bring a certified copy of your birth certificate to your local Motor Vehicle Department Office and you can get an ID card....looks just like a drivers license and just as good for ID. Or... you can bring a US passport, even if it is expired. it would also be good to bring your original Social Security card. Without these documents, you'll need a few witnesses who are willing to swear underoath and accompany you. You may also have to be fingerprinted.

If you do not have these documents are attempting to get a fraudulent ID, then you're out of luck.
