Nothing wrong per say, but you could be undiagnosed ADD - I have it and didn't find out until I was 26 years old! I have had problems with dyslexia and writing things down (numbers and letters).

If you have ADD there would be a lot more symptoms than simply not writing things down accurately.

Here is a possibility: you are getting old! You just turned 30. Your mental functions will continue to deteriorate until you get to the point where you can't find your glasses on your head or your wallet in your pocket.

Have fun and enjoy life!

Depends... by what you mean trouble writing things down... you invert numbers, you are thinking one thing and write down a totally differnt thing?
Try to explain it more... cause it could just be a result of too much stress and not giving the body enough nutrition to function properly. That can make you forgetful and anxious about things where you are trying to do somethig too quickly that you just write it down wrong.
So depends... would need to know more of exactly what you mean on the question.

There are different causes for writing problems. Some are psychological, some are caused by chemical imbalances, and some are caused by damage to the brain. If this problem has been with you as long as you can remember, then it is probably something like dyslexia or ADD. If this problem occurred recently, its more likely a symptom of brain damage.

dyslexia [disˈleksiə] noun

a difficulty with reading or writing that some people have because they are unable to see words as meaningful shapes or the differences between letters

That's one possibility and really quite common
