Garlic is an herb, it is not considered a spice. I would have to say cinnamon

seasoning.....McCormick Grill Mates Montreal Steak....
It has a robust blend of coarsely ground peppers, garlic and spices.
I use it on everything.....frying, baking, on my salads, instead of salt, pepper, garlic etc.
It gives the food such a wonderful flavor.

It depends on culture really. My answer may be wrong but I love fennel! I'm vegetarian and it really makes my mash/chips taste heavenly!
