Use Nlite to slipstream any updates and/or service packs.
The use the steps out lined at the second site listed.

I had to play with the nero settings to get it to boot and that was the kicker.
My settings were:
emulation: Floppy 2.88MB
Nero Boot loader v6.0
Load segments of sectors: 4
Number of loaded sectors: 1

the best way i know of is to download the os onto your computer through a file sharing program and then burn it to a cd. thats the only way i can think of. try using ares (you can just search for ares p2p in yahoo and you will find the homepage), it is pretty safe compared to limewire as you are less likely to get viruses. fi you need any extra info, feel free to email me
