Hi,
I read that bombers, after taking off with bombs, must drop the bombs? Even is the mission is called off as soon as they take off, they must still drop the bombs and then return. Is this true? I guess the bombs cannot take the impact of landing. Can someone confirm this bit?

Yea, they can land with bombs, only thing is total take off weight,
if take off weight is high then it will be difficult to land so they spray the fuel high while flying, any fighter or bomber only load off their capacity.

I can only speak from the Navy's viewpoint. Hopefully, an Air Force member will followup as well.

Aircraft loaded with missiles and/or bombs are carefully equipped for the mission instructed to carry out. Whether this is a "training" mission or actual "combat" proper explosives and numbers needed are installed.

A "loaded" aircraft is a potential hazard/danger should an unfortunate disaster while landing occur. Not only to members on board the aircraft but many ground personnel as well could risk "life". It is not the impact of landing but the possibility of unfortunate circumstances, should they occur, creating a larger catastrophe.

They would only dispose of a bomb load if they needed to make an emergency landing and there is a risk of the bomb load detonnating. Under normal conditions there is no reason why a crew might have to ditch their bomb load prior to a standard landing.

They don't like or want to cause it's dangerous, depending on the payload. In 1944, British bombers flying back to Great Britain, jettisoned bombs into the English Channel and hit the plane flying Glen Miller, killing him.
