Question About Roasting A Turkey..????

My wife is roasting a turkey in the oven in a pan......Can she add baby carrots and red potatoes in the pan, while the turkey is roasting??

the last hour of roasting she should add all veggies and whatever else she likes to add(except seasonings of course)

I agree with waiting until the last hour. Even less if you like more firm veggies.

I do it all the time, but she needs to wait until about 30 minutes left so they wont get mushy.
