Windows Mail is a POP3 mail client. So first call your ISP and ask what type of mail client they provide. If it is not POP3, then you will need to use one of the third party or "Web Mail" clients. Here is a short list. Yahoo Mail, G-Mail, Hot Mail. There are many many more.
