I am going to be wearing a dress in two weeks

I am not fat its just my bellly!!
i want it flat how can i make it flat in two weeks

Cardio....almost all cardio involves your abdominal muscles.

Simple excercises every day, in short burst or long, could help you tone it up.

Examples:
1. Running in place, knees high, double time.
2. Side bends (think like a boxer dodging a punch to the side)
3. Stationary twist (knees slightly bent and feet planted firmly, twist side to side (with weight or w/o))

Just do them whenever you have a chance. In front of the mirror while brushing your teeth, in the kitchen waiting for the microwave to finish, during commercials on tv.

Crunches
Cut out sugar and fats, like mayonnaise.
No sodas

well i would suggest that you don't eat at night before going to sleep, listen to music and go for a jog....... that should do it in 2 weeks... and eat more yogurt rather then fatty foods....

a lot of running and cardio...burn off that fat...don't forget crunches
