If you have a laptop you can always piggy-back off someone else until yours comes back on. There is always some not-so-smart person out there who leaves their connection open.

You think thats bad? Well let me tell you a story about AT&T. OK it started when they tried to install U-Verse and couldn't because they didn't have signal. So, after the technician left we called AT&T and canceled the U-verse and we jsut wanted to go back to the internet and phone we had before. The lady agreed and supposedly changed everything back the way we had it. OK by the third day everything was shut off no internet or phones UGH... Well after a long long talk and arguing with them, to make long story short i was without internet for a MONTH and we payed for it wtf! After like 35 calls the managers said oops we f'ed up sorry, would you want to pay more to get a new account. Im like f**** you im going to Comcast, so yeah a month without service that i payed for. lol kinda long ;)

All you have to do is tell Time Warner to stick
it and call another carrier. I know you must
be going bananas if you are active on the
computer. There are too many carriers out
there begging for your business to be without.

What are you talking about you are on the internet? You can scream and shout and it might get them to fix it faster or you can threaten them that you will get Satellite or Comcast instead. how long have you waited?

Well there's no need to be rude to them but surely they can confirm a date and time for the problem to be rectified. Be polite but firm and they should be reasonable about it.

Books, bikes, sports, rollerskates, drawing, papier mache, DVDs, radio, telephone, walk, video games...
There are tons of things to do instead. Worst come to worst, plan what you'll do when you get it back.
