Build some muscle by lifting weights that target the biceps and the triceps areas. Then do some cardio to burn off any fat and to get more lean and toned. Watch your diet as well and your arms should get toned in a couple weeks

Tone and definition are imparted by a lot of reps with light weight. Curls and presses. I can't give you a specific weight without knowing your age, height, and weight.

well you should go to your local gym and try body pump its a great way to tone your arms and legs and core
you see their is a music track for each so in an hour your whole body is working hard
Bodypump-Weights for the tris and biceps and for your legs and yea its great i do it and my arms are a lot toner
