Third world is waiting for this event, so that they will rule the earth. (same thing happens in WW2, UK and French Empire fell down, US and Soviet became super power)

Probably the biggest winner would be the Chinese either way it went. If straight out conventional the U.S. would probably win, nothing to do with air power but rather force projection, we have a military built to deploy overseas since we a not bordered by hostile countries-most European countries have some force projection but are designed to fight on the continent with bordering foes. If the Russians helped the EU it would go nuclear and the Chinese would win. India and so on really would have little effect in a nuclear war-delivery system problems and size of arsenal but would destroyed in the retaliation so the Chinese would win. Between the nuclear capabilities of the Russians, U.S., Britain and France we would hammer each other until the Chinese won.

That's called a world war and we can't have another one of those because now nations have this thing called a nuclear bomb. It'll basically kill everyone, becuase Russia and the U.S would use all of theirs and between the two of us we have enough nukes to destroy the world 3 times.

Would never happen, the USA couldn't afford to lose that much internatinal support.
If it did we would all be dead anyway, nuclear bombs would be used.
Russia would never help the EU or the USA, they hate them both, particularly Britain because of the Gas and Alexander Litvinenko disputes.

I would have to go US on this one. We have a bigger defense budget (yes our defense budget is bigger than the EU's) so we could wag war longer & we can attack with a bigger air force & naval blockade as much as we can & then we could send troops in to do a little clean up. We would win mostly from air superiority.
Oh & dont worry about what russias going to do, their not in the EU.

The EU (with Russian help) would blow up the US and the US would blow up the EU (and Russia) - therefore, no winners.
Just the EU verses the US in a conventional war - US all the way because the EU has France....

Keep dreaming, there hasn't been a European alliance in the history of the world that hasn't suffered a break up of parties, an inability to obtain their stated goals and having to reply on America to bail them out of the trouble they get themselves into.
