Ironically, the bible most closely associates being "Christian" with preaching about Christ and Christ's teachings. Review all three times the bible uses the term "Christian" and note that the context connects the term with:
"declaring the good news"
'teaching quite a crowd'
'open eyes, turn from dark to light'
"uttering sayings of truth"
"persuade"
"keep on glorifying"
(Acts 11:20-26) [The early disciples of Jesus] began talking to the Greek-speaking people, declaring the good news of the Lord Jesus... and taught quite a crowd, and it was first in Antioch that the disciples were by divine providence called Christians.
(Acts 26:17-28) [Jesus said to Paul] I am sending you, to open their eyes, to turn them from darkness to light and from the authority of Satan to God... Paul said: “I am not going mad, Your Excellency Festus, but I am uttering sayings of truth and of soundness of mind. ...Do you, King Agrippa, believe the Prophets? I know you believe.” But Agrippa said to Paul: “In a short time you would persuade me to become a Christian.”
(1 Peter 4:14-16) If you are being reproached for the name of Christ, you are happy... But if he suffers as a Christian, let him not feel shame, but let him keep on glorifying God in this name
So why do anti-Witnesses try to hijack the term "Christian" and hide its Scriptural implications? Because anti-Witnesses recognize that it is the preaching work that makes it clear that the relatively small religion of Jehovah's Witnesses are by far the most prominent followers of Christ:
(Matthew 28:19,20) Go therefore and make disciples of people of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the holy spirit, teaching them to observe all the things I have commanded

Here is a passage that defines the basic beliefs (6 elementary principles) of a Christian:
Hebrews 6:1 Therefore, leaving the discussion of the elementary principles of Christ, let us go on to perfection, not laying again the foundation of repentance from dead works and of faith toward God, 2 of the doctrine of baptisms, of laying on of hands, of resurrection of the dead, and of eternal judgment.
Here is a passage that describes the fundemental practice of a Christian
Galatians 6:2 Bear one another's burdens, and so fulfill the law of Christ.

The only way to be a Christian and be saved, and go to heaven and not eternal hell, is by believing that Jesus, who is God, died for our sins on the cross and rose again (1 Corinthians 15:1-4). It is impossible to lose salvation (1 John 5:13).
So yes according to Chris you can do nothing to loose your salvation. You might as well put everything in your bible except those verses in an appendix for entertainment purposes only.
But if your Catholic believing that Jesus, who is God, died for our sins on the cross and rose again you loose the salvation that you couldn't loose
Is Chris full of self-righteousness to assume that he is perfect in his interpretations

Christians must believe that Jesus is God and must believe that salvation is only by grace through faith in this about Jesus, without our own works added. From there God will show the saved person that the Bible is 100% the Word of God, and that if a person disagrees with the Bible on any point, that person is wrong.

I don't think mine answers the question but I like it.
1 Peter 4:16
However, if you suffer as a Christian, do not be ashamed, but praise God that you bear that name.

love thou god with all thou heart mind and soul and love thou neighbour as though self these are the two greatest commandment and on these you can rest all the commandments andd Matt5v44to45 but I say to you love your enemies and bless them that curse you,do good to them that hate you,and pray for them that despitfully use you, and persecute you. that ye may be children of your father which is in heaven for he makes his sun to rise on the evil and on the good and sends rain on the just and on the unjust.
