I got some red and yellow in my eyes. How do I make them white again?

to get white eye balls try the following:
1. sleep enough (try for 8 hours)
2. eat fruits and vegetables
3. take vitamins
4. rest your eyes once in a while when you are too long in front of the computer or TV
5. if they feel dry use eye drops.
the best cure is rest rest rest.

Eye drops will make away the redness, but the yellow...I don't know. Maybe you need to drink more water. Yellow isn't a good thing I don't think!

the best answer is simple sleep...
and good sleep... you need to rest your eyes...
another tip like other people have said drink plenty of water... but not right before you sleep... the water affects the puffiness around your eyes... which inturn affect the eyeballs... try not to drink any liquids at least one hour before you sleep :)

Use eye drops( Clear Eyes) I have red eyes and it works great for me.

The yellow could be jaundice. You need to see a doctor.
